Delivery Policy

Subscriber publications are delivered via email and online by subscribers using their personal username and password to login to the members page of macquarie hair. Subscribers will be sent 1-4 XXX by email (or posted to the website for you to access) at least 4 times per week. This is generally Monday to Friday. The information published on the website subscription service can be downloaded by the subscriber and can be printed for personal use.

Refund Policy

Subscribers acknowledge that macquarie hair has a 'cooling off' policy of 14 days from the date of payment for the joining or renewing of a subscription to the XXX Service. Notice of a wish to decline the subscription must be received in writing to our address or be emailed to webmaster@macquariehair.com.au within this 14 day period. Each subscriber further acknowledges that once the 14 days cooling off period has ended, the subscription payment cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
